Auteur de l’exposition « The Company Men » inauguré les 28 and 29 June 2012 au Palais des Congrès de Montpellier. Ce reportage unique sur le monde de l’entreprise est l’aboutissement d’un travail de vingt-quatre mois de reportages réalisés dans cinq pays et dans toutes les régions de France auprès de 130 companies engaged in innovative approaches copies and often a economic point of view but also social, social and environmental.

Il est également l’auteur du livre « Des Anges et des Hommes » (2007) which illustrates the impact of emotional intelligence on the health and vitality of people with disabilities.

Nicolas Schmitt continues to evolve its research on communication, la psychologie positive et la valorisation des différentes formes d’intelligence dans les entreprises et les organisations. Il s’applique à rechercher les expressions du bonheur au-delà de tous les partis pris. His photographs are accompanied by a reflection on the impact of positive emotions on a daily basis.

Nicolas Schmitt is a lawyer by training and a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Lille. He began his career in Juvenile Court, he is now head of Nicolas Schmitt Photographs andEthics Training.
